My wife and I were married at El Careyes Resort on October 20th, 2006. Not only was the resort a beautiful location for our event, but your staff helped to create a memory we will cherish forever.

You and your predecessor have an amazing staff at El Careyes. On our first visit to El Careyes, it was your people who made our decision to have our wedding there an easy one. The resort's beauty speaks for itself, but we were overwhelmed on that trip with, not only the incredible service we received, but the genuine caring, best wishes, and response we received from your staff when we said we were looking to marry there. From the Bellmen, to Jorge's staff, to the cleaning crew, the response was consistent and genuine. I have never seen or experienced such a consistent level of support from a hotel staff before and I travel quite a bit for work in the States. Your whole team is outstanding.

We would like acknowledge two individuals in particular for their professionalism, warmth and efficiency in working with us. In the final days of planning the wedding, we were in daily communication with Rebeca Gonzalez who handled all of the last minute details seamlessly. The wedding was flawless from our perspective and it was Rebeca who pulled it all together. We will recommend working with Rebeca to everyone we know. She is an asset to your company. We also want to thank Jorge Torres, your pool concierge. We had 60 people at our wedding, and many of them went out of their way to say something to me about the incredible service and responsiveness they received from Jorge and his team. Not only do they provide great service, but Jorge's temperament is that of warmth, happiness, and enjoyment. He sets the tone for the pool area and makes it a place we all want to be. He is another tremendous asset to your organization.

Genuine, honest service is a rarity in the world today, and too often when it does occur, it goes unrecognized. We wanted to ensure this did not happen in this case.

We are extremely pleased that we chose El Careyes Resort for our wedding and we hope that this was the first of many wonderful visits. We would have like meeting you as well, but maybe that can happen on our next visit!!
