Thanks for your nice note.  It was really great to work with you two (and I absolutely adore Ignacio).  We found El Careyes on the Internet.  We were specifically looking to book at a Starwood Boutique Luxury (because of the reputation and size) and found El Careyes on the Starwood website.
We hope to be back next year to visit and hope to see you then!
